John Knezovich |
|
John Knezovich has forty-one years of public accounting experience and is the founder of our firm. He is a 1969 graduate of the University of Illinois where he obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in accountancy. In 1972, he obtained his Certified Public Accountant's Certificate. He has been involved in for profit, not-for-profit, governmental auditing and small business planning and taxation continuously since 1971.

- 1995, formed limited liability company, Knezovich and Williams CPAs LLC.
- 1994, formed partnership, Knezovich and Williams CPAs.
- 1982, started sole proprietorship, John B. Knezovich CPA.
- Partner, Anderson and Whitney, CPAs.

Professional Activities:
- Colorado Society of Certified Public Accountants (1972-2003) -- Board member (1977-79) and 1985 Public Service Award winner. Committee memberships have included Professional Ethics Board, Public Service Award Committee, State Taxation Committee, and Governmental Committee.
- Served as Society’s liaison with State Senator Duane Woodard as Colorado passed its Continuing Professional Education statute for CPAs (1977-1978).

Paul Williams |
|
Paul Williams has more than twenty-two years of public accounting experience in auditing and accounting, he also has thirteen years of management experience in retail service industries. He is a graduate from the University of Northern Colorado, where he obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in business. He also has an additional 27 semester hours of accounting course work from the University of Colorado at Denver. He has been certified as a CPA by the Colorado State Board of Accountancy since 1990 and certified as a CVA (Certified Valuation Analyst) by the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts since 1996. The CVA designation is a statement to the business, professional and legal community that an individual is qualified, through academic and practical experience, to meet the standards and professional expertise required by the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts.

Larry Skolds |
|
Larry Skolds has eighteen years of public accounting experience. He is a 1994 graduate of Lewis University where he obtained his Bachelor of Arts in Accounting. He obtained his Colorado Certified Public Accountant’s Certificate on October 29, 2003. Prior to obtaining his CPA certification, he was an Enrolled Agent. An Enrolled Agent is a federally-licensed tax specialist who prepares tax returns for individuals, corporations, partnerships, trusts, estates and other tax reporting organizations. His 16 years of experience have focused on tax preparation and planning for all types of entities, with a concentration on Estate and Trust taxation.

Cheryl Mitts has nineteen years of public accounting experience in accounting and auditing for small businesses, not-for-profits and governmental agencies. She graduated from California State University - Chico in May 1993 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. Cheryl successfully passed the CPA exam in February 1999 and was certified in July 1999.

Judy Barrett |
|
Judy Barrett has been with our firm for 17 years. She is the administrative assistant/office manager and receptionist for the firm. Besides her normal duties of greeting clients, answering phones for our firm and our gold suite tenants, tax return and audit assembly, accounts receivable and accounts payable, she is also responsible for payroll processing, data entry and bank reconciliation services for our clients.

Rachel Li |
|
Rachel Li has five years of public accounting experience in accounting and auditing for small businesses, not-for-profits and governmental agencies. She graduated from California State University – Los Angeles in June 2005 with a Masters of Science degree in Accountancy. She also obtained a Masters of Science degree in Control Theory and Engineering in January 2000 and a Bachelors of Science degree in Industrial Automation in July 1997. Rachel successfully passed the CPA exam in April 2007 and was certified in January 2008.
